Easy DIY Tips for Kids’ Birthdays
Keep It Simple
When planning a birthday party for your little one, keep it simple by having friends bring their own favorite toy to play together as well as allowing them both to have cake at home after playing outside. This way they can enjoy time together while still taking turns opening presents because let’s be honest, it’s easy to let the presents take over a party when there are so many!
Use Time Wisely
For parents who may not have much time on their hands or would rather spend that time with family and friends instead of in the kitchen cooking up a storm for guests, consider making your child a quick DIY birthday cake. Whether you’re going all out by baking cupcakes from scratch or using pre-made mixes will depend on what works best for you. But either way, I’d recommend adding sprinkles to make them festive as well as easy-themed decorations like fun animal cookies if they need minimal prep before heading outside!
